Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
